Meet One of Your Possible Children

Two people don’t have one possible child. They have an enormous number of them — siblings from the same parents can look nothing alike, and the difference between any two of them is chance, not error.

Upload a photo of each of you and we’ll show you one of those possible children. Run it again and you’ll meet a different one. Neither is more correct than the other, and that is the interesting part.

  • Each run returns a different possible child, not a corrected guess
  • What can and cannot be seen, set out on the page instead of the small print
  • HD, no watermark. One payment, nothing renews.

What can and can’t be seen

“See your future baby” is a promise no software can keep, so it is worth being precise about what is actually happening.

What carries reasonably well.

The shape of an eye and the set of the socket. Face shape and the structure around the mouth. Broad colouring. These are the features people recognise across a family photograph without being told to look for them, and they are the ones that survive the trip through an image model most intact — the resemblance most couples notice immediately comes from here.

What is close to a coin flip.

Eye colour involves several genes at once and surprises are ordinary; two brown-eyed parents can have a blue-eyed child. Hair colour and texture at birth are famously unreliable, and plenty of babies lose the hair they were born with and grow back something different.

What nobody can see at all.

Height. Build. Temperament. The particular combination of genes any one child receives is settled by chance at conception, and no amount of information about the parents narrows it to a single answer.

So: we can show you a face that plausibly belongs to the two of you. We cannot show you your child. Nobody can, and any tool that says otherwise is selling certainty it does not have.

Why you should run it more than once

Most people run it once, look at the result, and treat it as the answer. It isn’t one. It’s a sample.

Think about any two siblings you know. Same parents, same gene pool, and often strikingly different faces — one takes after one parent, one after the other, one after a grandparent nobody was expecting. All of them are equally “correct” outcomes of the same two people.

The generator behaves the same way, and not by accident: nothing in the request pins the result down. There is no seed, no “same settings, same picture” mode, and no attempt to reproduce a previous run. Ask twice and you get two different children. The second result is not a correction of the first, and the fourth is not more accurate than the second.

What several runs give you is the range, and the range is more honest — and frankly more interesting — than any single image. Notice what stays constant across every version: that is what your photographs carry most strongly. Notice what changes: that is where chance does its work.

That is also why the Unlimited plan exists. Not to sell you more images — to let you see the spread instead of one draw from it.

Who this is for

People who don’t have children yet.

Most of our visitors. No timeline required, and nobody asks.

People who are expecting.

You will find out soon enough how close it got, which is its own kind of fun.

People who like the question more than the answer.

If the spread across several runs interests you more than any single image, the section above was written for you.

And later on

The same photos also generate the face at school age, as a teenager, as an adult and in old age. The same logic applies to every one of them: each is one plausible version, not a forecast.

What to check in any future baby generator

Does it claim to predict? The word “predict” on a landing page tells you how carefully the rest of it was written. Nothing about a child who does not exist yet can be predicted.
Does the result change between runs? It should. A tool that hands back the same face every time is applying a fixed transformation to your photo rather than sampling from the range of children two people could have.
Does it watermark? Plenty of free tools put a mark across the one result you actually liked.
One payment, or a subscription? A one-dollar trial that quietly becomes a monthly charge is common in this category. Check what happens on day thirty before you enter a card.
What happens to your uploads? Look for a specific deletion timeframe rather than a padlock icon and the word “secure”.
Is there a way to get a photo taken down? A published rule about whose photos may be uploaded, and a real address to write to, is the minimum. Ours are further down this page.

Your privacy

Two photos in. Nothing kept.

Your photos travel over an encrypted connection, are kept on private storage that is never publicly browsable, and are permanently deleted within 24 hours. We never sell your images and never train any AI model on them.

Upload only photos of yourself, or photos you have permission to use, and never a photo of anyone under 18 — including as a parent photo. If you believe a photo of a minor has been uploaded, or a photo of you was uploaded without your agreement, tell us and we will remove it along with anything generated from it.

Full detail, including how we handle facial data under GDPR and applicable US biometric privacy laws, is in our Privacy Policy.

How the AI is used

None of these children exist.

Every portrait on this page and every portrait you generate is made by an AI image model, including the four samples at the top. Nothing is copied from a photograph of a real child, because no photograph of a real child is involved at any point.

We use a general image model rather than an illustrator because it is the only way to do this in under a minute. Portraits are an AI-made keepsake for entertainment: a creative approximation, not a prediction of a real child, and not medical or genetic information.

Questions before you run it

No. It shows one plausible child out of an enormous number two people could have. Feature shapes and broad colouring carry reasonably well; eye colour, hair and almost everything else is chance.
