2. The Service
AI Baby Generator uses artificial intelligence to generate an illustrative baby portrait from photos you upload. Results are an artistic, entertainment-focused visualisation — they are a creative approximation, not a prediction of any real child and not a medical, genetic, or scientific forecast.
3. Your content and rights
- You must own or have permission to use every photo you upload, including consent from any person appearing in it.
- You must not upload photos of children, or images that are unlawful, infringing, or that you have no right to submit.
- You retain ownership of the photos you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process those photos solely to generate your requested result, as described in our Privacy Policy.
- Subject to these Terms and payment of any applicable fees, the portraits you generate are yours to use for personal purposes.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, harassing, or deceptive purpose;
- Upload images of anyone without their consent, or images of minors;
- Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to the Service;
- Use the output to impersonate, defame, or mislead others.
5. Credits, plans, and payment
Certain features require credits or a paid plan. Prices are shown at checkout and processed by our payment provider. By purchasing you authorise us to charge your selected payment method. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, branding, and design, is owned by FUSIONHUB LLC and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you no rights to our trademarks or underlying technology.
