Billing and refunds
Charged twice, charged in error, or want to return unused credits? Email support@mybabygenerator.com with the date and amount of the payment. The circumstances in which we refund are set out in full in our Refund Policy.
Your photos and your data
To have your uploads or your account deleted, or to ask what we hold about you, email support@mybabygenerator.com from the address on your account. We action deletion requests within 30 days. Our Privacy Policy explains what we store and for how long.
Reporting misuse
AI Baby Generator is for adults uploading photographs of themselves and of adults who have agreed to it. If you believe someone has uploaded a photograph of you without your consent, or a photograph of a child, email support@mybabygenerator.com and we will investigate and remove the material.
